Theme Policy

Please note that the theme you select for “Pots in a Box” will not look exactly like the photo displayed and will contain seasonally available plants.  Each week, we receive multiple shipments of the highest quality locally grown plants.  Your design will be hand selected and thoughtfully curated each time you support us. 


Special Requests & Custom Design

If you do have special requests you are welcome to include them in a note during check out.  We'll do our best to accommodate your request!  If you'd like to place a custom order, please call us at (717) 917-8733 or email us at info@perfectpots.com with details of your order.

  

Delivery Policy

We do not guarantee delivery times, but do our best to fulfill time-sensitive requests. 

Weather and environment permitting, if no one is home at the time of delivery, our delivery drivers will use their judgment to find a safe spot to leave your order.  If temperatures are not safe to leave your order, we will postpone delivery until temperatures are favorable.  Please retrieve and care for your order promptly as we promise well cared for plants upon delivery but we are not responsible for their care after delivery.  If they are left unattended for an extended period of time in extreme cold, hot or windy conditions plant damage is likely to occur.   


Reroute/Re-delivery Policy

If the event occurs when someone is not at the address entered, whether it was incorrect or it has to be rerouted to another address, we will charge you an additional $10 as a reroute fee plus any additional miles involved at a rate of $1 per mile. You will be notified of this charge at time of address change.
  

Special Instructions

Please include all special instructions (ex. Leave in the garage, deliver to the side door, contactless delivery) in the notes section during check out, our driver will happily accommodate those requests.


Gift Recipient Not Home 

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. 

Recipient May Be Contacted: In some cases, the driver may contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept the delivery. 

Request to Leave Order at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave an order. When special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the order themselves are given, we cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products.
